How do I place an order? 

Currently, EFX only accepts orders directly online at efxcollectibles.com. We do not accept telephone or mail orders. Select and click on the product you are interested in purchasing and click the “ADD TO CART” button. This will initiate your shopping cart.

You can edit the quantity*, continue shopping for other products, or follow the simple steps to complete your transaction. If you have pre-registered, your current billing and shipping information is displayed in your shopping cart automatically if you have logged in to the system. You can easily edit any of this information at anytime. For your protection and security, we DO NOT store credit card information on our servers so you will have to input your credit card information each time you make a purchase.  We strongly recommend you have your required information and credit card on hand when placing your order.

*Note there may be a limit to the quantity of each product that you may purchase.

On new product launch days there is a strict time limit of ten minutes to complete your order from the time you place the product into your shopping cart. If your transaction has not been completed and confirmed within this time limit, all products in your shopping cart may be removed and returned to stock, becoming available for another customer to purchase.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can buy? 

The limit is usually 2 (two) per order/person on the first day that the product is available, including pre-orders.  If any remain after the first day, you may order additional units.  If there is a change to this limit of the quantity you can purchase, it will be identified in the product description.

Any duplicate orders can result in the cancellation of all orders.

I receive a “SOLD OUT” message when I try to add a product to my shopping cart? 

Most of our products are strictly limited in number. If the total number available for sale are currently allocated to other customer’s shopping carts you will receive this message.

Customers have ten minutes to complete their purchases. If for any reason they do not complete their transaction during this time the product will be returned to stock and another customer may then add it to their shopping cart.

Products are allocated on a first come first served basis. When ALL transactions have been successfully completed the product will go SOLD OUT on the website.

What method of payments does EFX accept?  

EFX only accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card for payment. We DO NOT accept America Express.  Checks of any type are not accepted. Payment must be paid by credit card at the time of order.

When will my credit be charged? 

Your credit card will be processed in real time during the ordering process. Once you receive your confirmation, you credit card has been approved and charged.

Note: EFX takes no responsibility for any declines, errors or malfunction in the credit card approval process. Credit card approvals are processed through a third party service which is out of EFX’s control.

Can I cancel/change my order? 

Pre-Order deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you can cancel or change your order at no cost for items in stock as long it is prior to the item(s) being shipped.  If you are on a payment plan, please refer to the refund schedule on the credit card authorization agreement that you signed and returned to us.

If your product has already been shipped you would like to return it for a refund, please email to customerservice@efxcollectibles.com and we will do our best to work with you to send the product back. The product must be returned in the original shipping carton with all shipping materials and products.  Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost, including appropriate insurance, and a 15% restocking fee of original purchase price. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

What are the delivery services EFX offers and shipping costs? 

EFX ships by FedEX Ground or USPS Prioirty Mail, unless you request an alternate delivery service option during your checkout process.

We try to offer the best shipping rates to our customers; therefore, we base the shipping costs on the most up to date rates from FedEX and the USPS in real time at the time we ship your order instead of pre-determining a flat rate.

Note: Due to the size of some of products, not all service options may be available.

Does EFX ship internationally? 

EFX will ship to most countries around the world. Please contact customer service for any shipping restrictions in your country. Customers will be responsible for the international shipping costs and all duties, taxes and other fees levied by the destination country associated with their orders. Many times FedEx will attempt to collect these charges from EFX because of your failure to pay. With your purchase you have agreed to authorize EFX to charge your credit card with these additional charges should we receive an invoice for these charges. For your protection, International orders will ONLY be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

For products shipped internationally, please note that product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in the destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate, NOT SUPPLIED). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from efxcollectibles.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

We have an international network of distributors and retailers; therefore, you may be able to also purchase our products through a local retailer.  Please see our list of international distributors and retailers in the “Where to Buy” section of our website.

Free Shipping

Some of our items may offer free FedEX Ground shipping to any address in the continental USA.

When your product is ready to ship and have paid the final balance, if any is due, if you choose a different FedEX service or shipping service, other than FedEX Ground, EFX will not credit the cost of the this free option to your new chosen service type.

When will my order ship? 

Your order will ship within 5-7 business days after it is received. You will receive an email confirmation with all of the necessary tracking information.

My collectible arrived damaged. Can I get it replaced? 

EFX offers a limited 30-day warranty period to the original purchaser for any manufacturing defect. Warranty only applies to product that is purchased directly from EFX or from an EFX Authorized Retailer ONLY.  To get a replacement unit or part, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required.

You must deliver the product, freight prepaid, in its original packaging or if the original packaging is damaged, an equivalent packaging affording an equal degree of protection to EFX. A copy of a dated purchase receipt is required. To obtain an RMA Number and for more specific instructions on how to make a warranty claim, please email us at customerservice@efxcollectibles.com with your order number, full name, full postal address, zip/postal code, phone number and a description as to what is wrong with the replica. At this time, EFX will determine if a replacement part or a replacement collectible is required and will process your RMA accordingly.

Note: Shipping cartons are not considered part of the product and thus not covered by the warranty.

I purchased my EFX collectible from a distributor/retailer/third party and it arrived damaged. How do I get it replaced? 

Please contact the party you purchased your collectible from for return instructions.

Layaway Payment Plans 

We offer a layaway payment plan for some of our items.  You have the option to pay for your balance for the item over a specified period, usually in 30 day intervals.  If you place a pre-order, payments will not commence until the product is in stock and ready to ship.  You do not have to decide on the layaway option at the time of your pre-order.  You will be given the option of the payment plan when the item is in stock and ready to ship.

Does EFX have a “Terms of Use” policy? 

EFX has a strict Terms of Use policy. No purchase can be completed without the customer acknowledging that he or she has read and agrees to abide by our terms.

Does EFX have a Privacy Policy?

EFX has a strict Privacy Policy. We will not share customer details or information with any third party.

How do I register to receive email updates? 

Simply click on the REGISTRATION button on the navigation bar on the left of the efxcollectibles.com website and fill in the required information. Check the appropriate box in your account information to receive email updates.

How do I view my Order History? 

Login to your account and you may proceed through to view a page containing your order history.

How will I know when products go on sale? 

If you are registered, you will be sent periodic email updates from EFX letting you know of upcoming products and the dates they will go on sale. We also recommend that you check our website regularly for the latest release and on-sale date information.

Does EFX have a wait list for products that are sold out online?

Contact customerservice@efxcollectibles.com with the product that you are interested in and your contact information. If the product becomes available for any reason such as a cancellation we will contact you on. Orders on the wait list will be fulfilled in order that the requests are received.
